Participation in testnet does not imply access to the final production platform.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the testnet at any time, for any reason, without notice.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
